Our Mission
Our mission is to redefine mental health care for women and LGBTQIA+ individuals by providing inclusive, integrative, and whole-person treatment that honors the complex connection between hormones, brain chemistry, and lived experience.
We specialize in supporting parents, neurodivergent individuals, and those who have felt unheard or marginalized in traditional psychiatric settings.
Through compassionate, evidence-based care—including psychiatric treatment, hormonal support, lifestyle medicine, and higher levels of support when needed—we create a safe, collaborative space where every person can feel seen, respected, and empowered to thrive.
Experts in hormonal mental health from younger to older adulthood
Evidence-based care across the lifespan from adolescents through older adults, we provide collaborative treatment focused on whole person wellness, balance and long term stability.

Areas of Expertise
Care for Young Adults
We support young adults as they transition into independent life with holistic, collaborative assessments and personalized treatment plans developed alongside clients and their broader care team.
Pregnancy Loss & Fertility Challenges
We provide compassionate support for individuals navigating pregnancy loss and fertility challenges, addressing the emotional, hormonal, and relational impacts of these deeply personal experiences.
Pregnancy and Postpartum
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) affect 1 in 5 expecting and new parents and can arise during pregnancy or within the first year postpartum, encompassing conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and psychosis—many of which begin before birth and are highly treatable.
Parent and Baby
The emotional health of birthing parents and their babies is deeply connected. When a parent experiences PMAD symptoms, that bond can feel strained. We care for the parent–baby duo together, providing the support needed to build a secure, lifelong connection. Our team helps with challenges such as bonding difficulties, birth trauma recovery, NICU experiences, and understanding a baby’s cues. As you gain confidence and feel better, your baby—and your whole family—benefits.
Non-Birthing Parent Mental Health
Up to 1 in 10 non-birthing parents experience perinatal anxiety or depression, often marked by irritability, withdrawal, physical symptoms, and overwhelming worry, yet these challenges are common, hormonally influenced, and very responsive to treatment.
Perimenopause
Perimenopause brings significant hormonal shifts that can impact mood, cognition, and sleep, but with therapy, supportive medications, and hormone treatment when appropriate, these symptoms are highly treatable
